I can see clearly now, the rain is gone.. ♪♫

Ahh, our lovely country has once again survived a typhoon!

Don't get me wrong, I loooooooove the rain (I might actually be addicted to it :/).

But when it brings lethal floods and deadly gusts of wind (and brownouts and slow internet connection ;P), I can't help but beg for it to stop.

The sun shone ever so brightly today. I'm so thankful that none of my loved ones got hurt. =)

I just had the sweetest morning today. :3

You remember my post about being heartbroken and all that mushy mushy sadness? I never though I'd recover from it this quickly, but I did! :3 Thanks to the warmest and most heartfelt apology I have ever received, brought by him.♥

Who knew that self-cooked hearty milk and cheese omelet, plus my favorite milk coffee (extra creamy, extra sweet), a warm hug and a sweet kiss on the forehead would make it all better?♥

Oh, my perfect rainy morning.

For Lucky

To everyone who knew our beloved dog, Lucky; he passed away this morning. =(

Our family is in a solemn state of sadness at the moment. ;c

Lucky was given to our family by a random kid as a birthday gift for my mom.

Since he was really little when he was given to us, my mom decided that they will share birthdays.

He was named "Lucky", because his favorite food was lucky me chicken noodles, and the fact that he was the only survivor among his siblings.

Lucky was very tiny and sickly when he was young.

I remember nudging him to wake up everytime he's too weak and he falls asleep, because I was afraid he wouldn't wake up.

When his illness became severe to the point he didn't want to drink water, I decided to buy him a little chewbone.

The chewbone was a miracle. Upon seeing it, little lucky immediately ran to it at played with it with so much energy like he weren't ill.

And so from that moment on, he became as healthy as ever. He grew bigger and bigger very fast, and he was such a happy and lovable dog.

My uncle said he probably has a trace of the Lhasa Apso (spellcheck) breed, since his hair was really long and flowing. But Askal or not, we loved him just the same.

He loved to play with our cats, Miko and Doobi, like they were his plushie toys.

My mom loved him like he was her own child, the youngest in our family. We loved him like he was our little brother.

The memories we shared with Lucky could not entirely be put to words.

He shall stay in our hearts forever, and he will always be loved and remembered as part of our family.

Goodbye, Lucky.

Loss and Beginnings.

He's gone.

Our 3-in-1 scanner/printer/copier Mr. Canon MP160 passed away today. =(

I was going to print a whole page of song lyrics when he refused to turn on.

I searched for possible solutions, but ended up having a couple of technician friends saying that my printer has reached its limit, and is old enough already that it gave up.

He's 4 years old, and heaven knows we've spent lots of memories together, especially on my art and our internet cafe business.

And so I solemnly dedicate this line/song to him.

Heart-made Cards♥

It was in high school when I started selling my own hand-made greeting cards.

I sold 1-2 cards a month to my classmates, my sister's classmates, co-scholars, and sometimes to my aunts and uncles. Now, I sell up to 300 cards (especially at Christmas time) per client! It is absolutely overwhelming, and I am very thankful to everyone who has helped me.♥

I totally loved making hand made greeting cards.

Asides from the profit I make from it, I'm very happy sharing my craft to others through these hearty cards.

I put so much love into them, I imagined the recipient of the card would actually feel it! heehee xD

It was kinda hard for me to let go of them when someone wants to buy them from me.

So every time I finish one, I immediately take a photo!

But then, sadly, my computer's hard drive had a wonderful crash (recently), and all the precious photos of my cards were lost, gone forever. :\

But I really wouldn't mind making new ones though!♥ =)
